The same old story, in a fresh new perspective. 8 key points on why housing prices have been high, and will remain high in the Greater Boston area. A trend is starting to develop, and the spitballs are starting to turn the tankers; more housing units are needed, and not just housing of the same old "single-family" unit, we need more options with pricing that fits the needs for those in the 80% to 120% of the AMI.
